“Amazing read. Your words, examples, and encouragement were so easy to connect to, and so very helpful. Everything was real and raw. You helped me in more ways than I’ll be able to express. This is also a book that won’t just be a one time read, I’ll be able to pick it up and start over or even just go to pages I have noted that helped me the most. Thank you again for writing this and sharing your journey with the world to help others along the way.”

“This beautifully written guide is not just a book to read, but one to return to. It feels like sitting with a wise and trusted friend. Through honest storytelling and raw transparency, Jennifer invites us to view our feelings not as problems to fix, but as signals to lean into—offering insight and opportunity for growth. I especially loved the nautical terminology and the unforgettable water bucket and blue dye metaphor—just one of many powerful illustrations that make the book so relatable and actionable. Her unassuming wisdom, shared with such grace and clarity, is a gift. I’m truly grateful she chose to offer her journey and hard-won tools to the world. Highly recommend.”
